1. About me

2. Products

I sell authentic Herbalife Nutrition products. Product information, images and ingredient lists are provided in good faith but always check the product label before use. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in GBP (Β£) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Shopify and its payment providers.

4. Orders and delivery

Orders are dispatched across the UK. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to the address you provided.

5. Right to cancel (UK & EU consumers)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and EU Directive 2011/83/EU you have 14 days from the day you receive the goods to cancel the contract without giving a reason. To exercise this right, email me at info@hlfithub.com with your order details. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods at your own cost. I will refund the price and standard delivery within 14 days of receiving the goods (or proof of return).

Sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons (e.g. opened food, supplements, cosmetics) cannot be returned.

6. Faulty or incorrect goods

Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and EU consumer law, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If something is wrong, contact me within a reasonable time and I will arrange a repair, replacement or refund.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits my liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK or EU law. Otherwise, my liability for any claim arising from your order is limited to the price paid for the goods.

8. Independent Member status

I am an Independent Herbalife Member. Herbalife International and its affiliates are not responsible for the content of this Site or for individual sales made by me.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales for UK customers, and by applicable EU consumer protection rules where they grant stronger protection. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
